Account deletion

Delete your Veloce Track account

No longer have the app? You can delete your account here. We email a 6-digit code to make sure it's really you.

Which account?

We'll send a 6-digit code to this address. If no account uses it, no email is sent.

Have the app?

Open Veloce Track and go to Settings → Delete account. You only need the code from your email.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone number and password
  • Vehicles, GPS device links and parking alerts
  • Trips, stops and all location history
  • Expenses, receipts, odometer and maintenance records
  • Location sharing with other people and shared trip links
  • Sign-in sessions and notifications on every device

When it happens

Your account is closed straight away: you are signed out everywhere, nothing stays shared and your GPS devices are unlinked. After 30 days everything is permanently deleted.

Changed your mind?

Sign in to the app within 30 days and choose “Restore account”. After that the account cannot be recovered.

What we may keep

Only a record that an account was deleted and when, with no personal details. Copies in backups are overwritten within 90 days. Nothing is kept for marketing.
