Veloce Track lets you record vehicle details, fuel and other expenses, and maintenance; view analytics; and, when you link a compatible GPS tracking device to a vehicle, see its live location, trip history, stops and security alerts.

The GPS tracking device is hardware you obtain and install separately. We do not sell, install or maintain tracking devices, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, connectivity, mobile data/SIM costs or installation.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• If you use the Service on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and the company is responsible for the use of accounts it manages.

You must not:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or content you have no right to share;
• try to access accounts, vehicles or data that are not yours;
• interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or attack the Service, or bypass its security;
• send fake GPS data, or use the Service to build a competing product;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the information you enter (vehicle data, expenses, notes, receipts). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide the Service to you and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit.

The Service, including its software, design, logos and the "Veloce Track" name, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, and other map imagery belongs to its respective providers (e.g. Google, Esri) and is subject to their terms.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, prices and terms will be shown in the app before you buy. In-app purchases on iOS and Android will be processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and cancellations and refunds will be handled through your App Store or Google Play account.

With your permission we send push notifications such as vehicle-moved and security alerts. You can turn them off in your device settings. Notifications may be delayed or not delivered; do not depend on them for safety.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these Terms; if changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app or on our account deletion page. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if required by law. On deletion your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, vehicles or property, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including inaccurate location data or missed alerts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or tracking a person or vehicle without proper authorisation or consent.

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store:

1. 1These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
2. 2Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. 3Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
4. 4If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
5. 5We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
6. 6If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
7. 7You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. 8You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, your mobile data agreement) when using the app.
9. 9Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws and courts of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business transfer. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
